George Haramaras, CPA
George Haramaras is a manager with Willamette Management Associates. George has valued the following types of business entities and securities: general and limited partnership interests, closely held business enterprises, and estates.
He has prepared valuation and economic analysis for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income and estate tax), restructuring and reorganization, asset impairment analyses, economic damages analyses, shareholder disputes, transfer pricing analyses, and corporate planning.

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, George worked for Alvarez & Marsal, a consulting firm, in their Disputes and Investigations group. During his time at Alvarez & Marsal, George was responsible for analysis, research, and report writing on numerous projects in the areas of purchase price disputes and accounting advisory services.
