Biography

Dakota has performed the following types of valuation and economic analysis assignments: estate and gift planning valuations, gift tax valuations, employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) valuations, valuation of fractional ownership interests in businesses, and ad valorem property tax valuations.

He has performed these assignments for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income and state and local property tax), litigation support, and dispute resolution.

Dakota has performed these valuations for the following types of business entities and securities: general and limited partnership interests, closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common and preferred stock, professional practices, and limited liability companies.
