Elizabeth Jones

Biography

Eliza performs the following types of valuation and economic analysis assignments: business and stock valuations, valuations of fractional ownership interests in businesses, employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) valuations, gift and estate tax valuations, shareholder and executive compensation analyses, and lost profits/economic damages analyses.

Eliza has performed these assignments for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income, gift, and estate tax; and state and local property tax), litigation support, ESOP administration, and dispute resolution.

Eliza performs these valuations for the following types of business entities and securities: closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common and preferred stock, general and limited partnership interests, professional practices, and limited liability companies.

Previous Experience

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Eliza was an institutional investment analyst with RVK.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in business administration, concentration in finance, Portland State University (with distinction).
