Biography
Steven has performed the following types of valuation and economic analyses: lost profits/economic damages calculations, lost asset value calculations, business valuations, merger and acquisition valuations, solvency and capital adequacy determinations, forensic accounting analyses, and employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) employer stock valuations.
Steven has valued the following types of business entities and securities: close corporations, close corporation fractional ownership interests, public corporations, general and limited partnership interests, restricted equity securities, closely held business enterprises, and estates.
He has prepared valuation and economic analysis for the following purposes: restructuring and reorganization, economic damages analyses, shareholder disputes, divorce, and corporate planning.
Steven has performed valuation and financial analyses in many industries, including, but not limited to: accounting services, architectural firms, asset management, automotive manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, computer hardware, consumer goods, engineering, environmental remediation, gaming, health care, insurance and reinsurance, investment management, media and entertainment, oil refining, senior living facilities, steel manufacturing, telecommunication, and textile manufacturing.
Previous Experience
Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Steven served as a principal in the financial valuation and accounting practice of Charles River Associates. Prior to that, he was employed by LECG, LLC as an associate within its finance and valuation practice.
