Stephen Halligan is an associate with Willamette Management Associates.

Stephen has performed the following types of valuations or economic analyses: forensic analysis and dispute resolution, taxation (federal income, gift, and estate), dissenting shareholder rights claims, intercompany transfer pricing, ESOP transactions and administration, and regulatory compliance.
Stephen has valued the following types of business entities and securities: closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common and preferred stock, fractional ownership interests, limited partnership interests, professional service corporations, professional practices, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Stephen was a student at Oregon State University. During his time at Oregon State University, Stephen was a research analyst for the Oregon State Investment Group (OSIG) and helped manage $1.6 million of the Oregon State University Foundation's endowment, focusing on top-down analysis for sector allocation and bottom-up analysis for individual security selection. Stephen was also an assistant to the finance instructors at Oregon State University, teaching weekly finance recitations to undergraduate students.
