Nicholas Henriquez is a manager with Willamette Management Associates.
Nick performs the following types of valuation and economic analyses: merger and acquisitions valuations, fairness opinions, ESOP formations and adequate consideration analyses, business and stock valuations, transfer pricing, intellectual property valuations, lost profits/economic damages, acquisition purchase accounting allocations, and goodwill impairment analyses.
The purposes of his valuations and economic analyses include transaction pricing and structuring, taxation planning and compliance (federal income, gift and estate tax), ESOP transaction and financing, reorganizations, financial reporting, and strategic decision making and corporate planning.
He performs these valuations for the following types of business entities and securities: publicly traded corporations, closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common/preferred stock, general and limited partnership interests, professional service corporations, professional practices, franchises, and limited liability corporations.
Moreover, his experience includes developing ad-hoc financial models with scenario modeling functionality for purposes of gift and estate planning, litigation support, and for business decision making.
Nick's industry experience includes, but is not limited to, technology, media, telecommunications, energy, resources, industrial products, health care, banking and financial services, food processing/manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, transportation, trucking, oil and natural gas, textiles, and real estate management and operations.
Prior to his return to Willamette Management Associates, he was a senior consultant in Deloitte's business valuation and modeling advisory practice groups. During his time at Deloitte, Nick's practice largely focused on the telecommunications and energy industries. His engagements included mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, gift and estate transactions, development of scenario models, and financial reporting. Nick began his career as a consultant at Adams Capital, in Atlanta, where he worked primarily on valuing companies for gift and estate and financial reporting purposes.
