Michael Harter is an associate with Willamette Management Associates.

Michael has performed the following types of valuation and economic analysis assignments: merger and acquisition valuations, business and stock valuations, fairness opinions, intangible asset and intellectual property valuations, forensic analyses, marital dissolution valuations, property tax valuations, estate tax valuations, ad valorem property tax valuations, and lost profits/economic damages analyses.

Michael has valued the following types of business entities and securities: closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common and preferred stock, general and limited partnership interests, professional service corporations, professional practices, and LLCs.

Michael has performed business and stock valuations for clients in the following industries: manufacturing, construction and contracting, financial services, travel, heating ventilation and air conditioning, agriculture and farming, food service, natural resources, printing, network monitoring and security, medical devices, medical practices, consulting, education, software, distributors, wholesalers, financial services, gaming, beer brewing, and restaurant services.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Michael was a senior associate at Gilbert Valuations. At Gilbert Valuations, Michael performed business valuations of companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to Gilbert Valuations, Michael worked as an investment banker at the Yale Group in Denver, Colorado. He was involved in deals in the oil services, education, and training industries. Prior to working at the Yale Group, Michael worked as an investment banker at W.G. Nielsen & Co. in Denver, Colorado. Michael was involved in deals in the consumer products, manufacturing, restaurants, and power transmission industries.
