Zoe Zurn

Biography

Zoe performs the following types of valuation and economic analysis assignments: valuation of businesses and fractional ownership interests in businesses, economic damages analysis, appraisal reviews, acquisition purchase price allocation valuations, reasonableness of compensation analysis, and employee stock ownership plan (“ESOP”) employer stock valuations.

She has performed these assignments for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income, state, and local property tax), litigation support, dispute resolution, and strategic information and planning.

She performs these valuations for the following types of business entities and securities: closely held corporation business enterprises, closely held corporation noncontrolling ownership interests, various classes of common or preferred stock, general and limited partnership interests, professional service corporations, professional practices, and limited liability companies.

Previous Experience

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Zoe interned at APi Group Inc. in New Brighton, Minnesota, in the accounting department and on the Financial, Planning & Analysis team.

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, with a certificate in consulting, University of Wisconsin-Madison.
