Patrick Allen is an associate with Willamette Management Associates. Patrick has valued business entities and securities, including public and large private companies, general and limited partnership interests, closely held business enterprises, and estates.
He has prepared valuation and economic analysis for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income and estate tax), restructuring and reorganization, asset impairment analyses, economic damages analyses, shareholder disputes, transfer pricing analyses, and corporate planning.
Patrick has also performed business and intangible asset valuations in the following industries: aerospace and defense, automotive, biotechnology, consumer products, financial services, financial technology, manufacturing, packaging, professional services, retail, software-as-a-service (“SaaS”), and telecommunications.
Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Patrick worked for KPMG, a public accounting firm, in their Business Valuation group. During his time at KPMG, Patrick was responsible for analysis, research, and report writing on numerous projects providing advisory services for clients, in addition to being a member of the template development team.
