Jeff Jensen is a manager with Willamette Management Associates. Jeff has valued the following types of business entities, securities, and assets: closely held corporations, closely held corporation fractional ownership interests, intangible assets, general and limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests, preferred stock, and estates.
Jeff has performed business valuations, economic analyses, and/or financial advisory services for clients in the following industries, among others: agriculture, banking, biotechnology, consumer products, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution, professional services, real estate holdings, retail, telecommunications, water utilities, and warehousing.
Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Jeff worked for Global Economics Group, a boutique economics consulting firm that specializes in litigation support. At Global Economics Group, Jeff was responsible for research, analysis, and report writing for numerous cases in the context of securities class action litigation, market manipulation litigation, antitrust litigation, and estate tax litigation.
