Chad Kirkland is a manager with Willamette Management Associates.
He performs valuation and economic analysis for the following purposes: taxable planning and compliance (federal income and estate tax), restructuring and reorganization, asset impairment analyses, economic damages analyses, shareholder disputes, divorce, transfer pricing analyses, and corporate planning.
He prepares these valuation and economic analyses for the following purposes: taxation planning and compliance (federal income, gift, and estate tax; state and local property tax; transfer tax), forensic analysis and dispute resolution, strategic information and corporate planning, ESOP transaction and financing, and ESOP-related litigation.

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Chad was an officer at Northern Trust. At Northern Trust, he provided investment risk and analytical consulting services to institutional investors and family offices.
Prior to working at Northern Trust, Chad was a senior business analyst in the medical device business unit at Cerner Corporation.
